Great buffet breakfast, various restaurants available. Reservation recommended due to crowding. Child-friendly and safe. Beautiful location with excellent spa. Small but friendly bar with a great bartender. Variety for a weekend getaway, interesting history, beautiful nearby town. Friendly and natural customer service. Reservation confusion resolved upon arrival.

Huge room with two bedrooms, substantial bathroom, and nice sitting room. The hallway inside our room was larger than some hotel rooms I have had.
It wasn't obvious how to drive directly to the entrance. The parking lot is about 100 yards through a woods path from the building. We didn't view it as a problem, but it seemed odd.

This hidden gem of a hotel exceeded all our expectations! The stunning location surrounded by nature was absolutely mind-blowing. Cycling through the picturesque area and then relaxing in the luxurious thermal baths was a super experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find a crucifix in our room and the convenience of attending Sunday Mass nearby was jaw-dropping. The breakfast buffet with an extensive selection was a delightful treat enjoyed on the sun-drenched terrace with singing birds. The staff, especially the wait staff in the restaurant, were incredibly helpful and their fluency in English was a lifesaver for us. The sauna experience, although different due to current circumstances, still left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The clean and well-maintained sauna/thermal area was top-notch. There's no doubt that we will be back again to this incredible hotel that catered to both adults and kids, making it absolutely super for families.

Loved the free access to the thermal baths and gym, and the elegant rooms with WiFi. The Feuerstein restaurant was perfect for events. The hotel bar had a great selection of drinks and light meals.
Who needs English TV channels anyway?

Excellent breakfast on the terrace surrounded by trees and singing birds. Outstanding service - especially from the wait staff in the restaurant.

Our romantic escape was made special with the wonderful breakfasts that were offered. We appreciated the fact that there were several restaurants to choose from. it was great to have the staff being so helpful, as we are not fluent in the German language and had some issues making reservations.
We were disappointed with our room. It was situated at the far end of the building, and it was a struggle to get our bags to it.

The buffet breakfast at the hotel was absolutely mind-blowing with a great selection of food. I was super impressed by the variety and quality. The hotel had several incredible restaurants to choose from, but reservation is highly recommended because it gets crowded. Traveling with our 3-year-old was a breeze as the hotel was incredibly kids friendly and safe. The staff was always helpful and the spa was excellent.

Celebrating new year at the hotel was fantastic. We loved the comfortable beds and the free cake upon arrival was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the spa and the pools were great. We especially loved the relaxation area, where we could unwind in the sauna and enjoy a steam bath. our stay was a great value.
The only negative aspect was the check-in process. The staff was a bit abrupt, but that didn't dampen our spirits.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available to assist us and spoke English fluently, which was a huge help. The spa area was top-notch, with a calming and healing vibe. The sauna masters did an excellent job, even though they couldn't perform all their usual activities due to the current situation. The whole area was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning.
The room was lovely and spacious, and the restaurant served excellent food. However, there were too many children in the spa area, and some guests did not respect the silent zones.
